The Generations Safaris is a locally owned tour company based in Arusha, Tanzania. Founded in early 2024 by the visionary young founder Sision Mollel, Generations Tours and Safaris has flourished into a vibrant and exciting tour operator. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the company has thrived, building an iconic luxury safari catalogue over the past five years.
The company has succeeded in gathering the best tour consultants, professional and passionate safari and Kilimanjaro guides, and Generations Safaris stands firm on quality and excellence.

My name is Sision Mollel. Born and raised within the heart of the Maasai community, I grew up surrounded by the untamed beauty of Tanzania’s landscapes and the deep traditions of my people. From an early age, I discovered that true safaris aren’t just about spotting wildlife — they’re about connecting: to nature, to culture, and to each other.
With a passion for people and a dream to share the wonders of my homeland, I founded Generations Safaris to craft authentic, safe, and sustainable safari experiences. Our journeys empower local communities, protect fragile ecosystems, and offer guests memories that stay in the heart long after the trip ends.
